Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard.
The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.
All visitors must leave by 23:00 each night. Only the registered overnight guests are permitted to be in the apartments after 23:00. The deposit will not be refunded to any guests who do not adhere to these rules.
Please note that this hotel only accepts bookings from guests aged 21 years and over. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: The Property Company, 148 Cranbrook Road, IG1 4LZ Ilford, Essex. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 台中市北屯區旅順路一棟民宅2樓，一位陳姓男子有精神方面疾病且情緒不穩，執意要跳樓自殺，第五分局文昌所警員張忠進與朱金樹等2員，與警消救護人員聯袂救人，張員摸黑到陳男身後，以迅雷不及掩耳的速度將其拉下，救回生命。
警方勤務中心日前接獲張姓女子報案稱其丈夫精神不隱，執意要跳樓輕生，文昌所員警立即趕往現場，發現陳男站立在2樓窗外，遂立即與119人員上樓救援，張女於1樓屋外好言相勸，陳男仍不為所動。
警消人員到達2樓電燈未開一片漆黑，為免打草驚蛇，警員張忠進潛行至陳男後方，利用與其妻對話時注意力分散，趁機將其拉住，其餘人員協助拉回屋內後強制送中國醫藥學院附設醫院診療，並通報自殺防治。
員警以平時訓練之精實動作配合良好默契，在無人受傷之情形下順利完成任務，張女和附近住戶對員警英勇、果斷表現，紛紛感謝並稱讚！第五分局呼籲：自殺不能解決問題，勇敢求救並非弱者，遇有不如意的情事，應尋求社會各項資源協助，生命一定可以找得到出路，如需諮商或協助可撥110或119、生命線專線「1995」、張老師服務專線「1980」或0800-788-995。
